Refund Policy

Overview

This policy covers refunds and cancellations for assessment services provided by Sitesycamorecore Mining Review Co., Ltd. We do not sell hardware or software subscriptions—only professional review and consultation services.

Deposit and Booking

A 50% deposit is required to reserve a chamber slot or schedule an on-site consultation. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled assessment start date.

Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund of all fees paid if:

• We cancel the assessment due to chamber equipment failure
• Your unit is rejected at intake due to safety concerns we did not disclose in pre-shipment guidelines
• We fail to deliver your report within 10 business days of test completion without prior notice

Partial Refund Eligibility

A partial refund of up to 50% may apply if:

• You cancel more than 14 days before your scheduled assessment start date (deposit refunded minus ₩50,000 administrative fee)
• An on-site consultation is cut short due to site access issues beyond our control (proportional to time not spent)

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Completed assessment reports that have been delivered
• Rush report surcharges once the rush report has been generated
• Travel fees for cooling consultations where our team arrived at the agreed site
• Inbound or return shipping costs for hardware
• Deposits forfeited due to late cancellation (within 7 days of start)

Cancellation by Client

To cancel, email info@sitesycamorecore.click with your booking reference. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled start receive deposit refund minus administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 10 days before the original start date. Additional reschedules incur a ₩80,000 rebooking fee.

No-Shows

If hardware is not received by the agreed intake date and no communication is received within 5 business days, the booking is treated as a no-show and the deposit is forfeited.

Work Already Started

Once the 72-hour assessment run has begun, fees are non-refundable regardless of test outcome. Assessment results reflect measured hardware performance, not desired outcomes.

Purchased Materials

We do not purchase materials on behalf of clients. No material costs apply to our services.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer). You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

Disputes

If you believe you are entitled to a refund not covered above, contact info@sitesycamorecore.click with your assessment reference number and a description of the issue. We respond within 5 business days.
