Who This Assessment Is For

Farm operators, hosting facilities, and individual miners who are evaluating new hardware purchases, troubleshooting unexplained hash-rate drops, or need documented thermal evidence for warranty claims. The unit must carry a rated computing power of at least 0.05 TH/s.

What Is Included

  • Intake inspection and baseline power measurement at idle
  • Installation in our climate-controlled chamber at 24°C ambient (±1°C)
  • Fourteen K-type thermocouple points across hash boards, VRMs, inlet, and exhaust
  • Continuous hash-rate and power logging for 72 hours minimum
  • Throttle event capture with timestamps and temperature correlation
  • Post-run acoustic measurement at rated fan speed
  • Written report with temperature maps, fan curve analysis, and deployment recommendation

What Is Excluded

  • Repair or rework of defective units
  • Firmware modification or overclocking attempts
  • On-site installation at your facility (see Cooling Layout Consultation)
  • Electrical work or PDU configuration

Process

  1. Submit an inquiry with your hardware model and quantity
  2. Receive shipping instructions and chamber availability dates
  3. Ship the unit to our Daejeon address (client pays inbound freight)
  4. We run the 72-hour assessment and compile findings
  5. Report delivered via encrypted PDF within three business days of test completion
  6. Optional 30-minute call to walk through results

Preparation Required

Units must arrive with original power cables and at least 80% of stock thermal paste intact. Remove any third-party overclock firmware before shipping. Include a return shipping label if you want the unit sent back after testing.

Constraints

We accept one to four units per assessment batch. Units with visible liquid damage or missing hash boards are rejected at intake. Assessment results reflect chamber conditions; on-site ambient may differ.
